so, i tell her that under no circumstances am i wearing my snowboots tomorrow. she asks why and i simply say because i dont want to, and also i dont need them. she goes ballistimungus on me and starts yelling until i agree to wear my boots. i do not understand her argument AT ALL. they are my feet which will be getting wet. not her feet..MY FEET. i could see a point if i demanded she not wear her boots for no apparent reason, but for gosh sakes why the heck should she care if my feet get soaking wet (which they wont)? would oprah winfrey be where she is today if her mother had told her to stop dreaming and put on her snowboots??
